Abstrak

Urgensi pelatihan ini muncul dari kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di institusi. Metode Pelaksanaan mulai dari; a) Sosialisasi dan Persiapan; Identifikasi Peserta dan Narasumber Materi. b) Pelaksanaan Pelatihan meliputi; Teori OBE, Pelaksanaan Penyusunan RPS, Diskusi. c). Evaluasi dan Umpan Balik; Survei dan Follow-Up. Hasil, Peserta Pelatihan sebanyak 30 dosen dari berbagai jurusan yang ada di Institut Agama Islam Pemalang berpartisipasi aktif dalam pelatihan Penyusunan Rencana Perkuliahan Semester (RPS) OBE. Di mulai pada hari Rabu, 10 September 2025 di Aula INSIP Jawa Tengah. Serta Umpan Balik: 85% peserta merasa lebih memahami konsep OBE dan bagaimana cara menyusun RPS yang efektif. Selanjutnya RPS yang Dihasilkan: Setiap kelompok berhasil menyusun RPS untuk mata kuliah mereka, yang mencakup capaian pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran, dan evaluasi. Kesimpulan, PKM pelatihan implementasi RPS OBE di Institut Agama Islam Pemalang telah berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan dan pemahaman bagi dosen dalam penyusunan RPS yang sesuai Standar dengan prinsip OBE. Keterbaruan dalam pelatihan ini terletak pada pendekatan yang inovatif dan penggunaan teknologi digital terbarukan.
